Windsurfing Renesse 2012 Test in Tarifa!

Tuesday 1st of november surf's still up in Tarifa, wind is light and offshore great conditions at Playa de 'Los Lances' for SUP. Time to get the new 2012 Fanatic 8'10 out of the van. 25 degrees and plenty of sunshine so just a neoprene shorty and go! First time with the "Tiki' full carbon paddle. Later the Sailboards Tarifa SUP division team also arrived and it was time to test their latests SUP custom boards
Saturday the 29th of october 2011 we closed the shop and departed to Tarifa, the windcapital of Europe in the southern tip of Spain.
We drove with the Windsurfing Renesse van fully packed with the newest 2012 equipment.
2400 kilometers and 29 hours later we arrived in the coastal village of El Palmar on the 'Costa de la Luz' in the southwest of Andalucia.
The next morning the sound of the crashing waves woke us up.
Big and clean waves breaking with a light offshore breeze: The surf's up! At sunset the first surfers hit the water.
Time for the 'Al Merrick' 7'6 hybrid.
Perfect lines kept rolling in for a couple of hours then the wind got stronger and stronger.
The 'Levante' wind kicked in and we drove to 'Bolonia' a beautiful bay close to Tarifa.
Lots of windsurfers were allready out and nice waves were breaking in the bay. Time to test the new 2012 fanatic quad together with the completely new designed 2012 Loft Sails 'Pure Lip' wave sail.
Also tested the Sailboards Tarifa customboards.
The complete Sailboards Tarifa Team was on the water with all the latest Sailboards Tarifa boards, single, twin
and quad fins.
At night time we drove to Tarifa to get some delicous food, testing makes you hungry :-) We could not have wished for a better day to arrive: 25 degrees, sunshine, wind and waves!
